Is responsible for the overall day-to-day functions of the facility. He oversees all departments to ensure the facility is in compliance with all regulatory agencies.

Will coordinate your admission date and time with the hospital discharge coordinator. She will be able to answer your questions how to prepare for your stay or what to expect from us during your stay.

Works closely with HMO and PPO insurance case managers obtaining authorizations. In collaboration with the facility team members she also assists with discharge planning.

Dietary Supervisor
Manages the Dietary Department and works with a Registered Dietician to ensure you get the diet your physician chose. She will ask you your likes and dislikes, ensuring you have the best meal experience possible.

Director of Business Development
Manages and oversees admissions and marketing department. Community Liaison, builds and maintains relationships with Hospitals, Case managers, Health plans and doctors. Assists with smooth discharge transition from hospital to skilled nursing facility.
