COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION

Our personalized rehabilitation program will be based on your or your loved one’s condition and goals. Rest assured that our experienced staff has dealt with a wide array of injuries and conditions such as hip/knee fractures, strokes, and respiratory diseases.

Activities Program

A positive and uplifting atmosphere can set the tone for a resident’s stay. We employ outgoing and friendly professional staff to create social programs and activities. We often specialize activities to match the capabilities and needs of each resident.

Dietary Services

Our dietary program is designed to meet the dietary and physician ordered needs of each resident in our care. We offer meals to meet specific dietary and therapeutic needs, oral supplemental, and regular nutritional assessments from our registered dietitian.

Nursing Services

We provide 24 hour nursing which includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Nurses Aides and Restorative Nurses Aides. The therapy team and nursing staff work together to develop individualized treatment plans for resident care. We are able to provide care to a variety of patients from post surgery assistance and rehabilitation services to total care for patients who are at the end of life.

Restorative Nursing

At Huntington Drive Health and Rehabilitation Center we seek to maximize the quality of life for our long-term care population, who require a specialized restorative program. Of course, this service is included in the room and board fee.

Social Services

Our social service team assists both residents and their families during transitional periods. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, help in care planning and discharge planning for each resident.
